Track Your Order
We make every effort to ship all orders within 24 hours of the order date. For orders placed on holidays or weekends we make every effort to ship within 24 hours of the first following business day. Please note that, during peak holiday season, we may take an additional 2-3 days to process your order.
Please note that we are unable to ship orders to a PO Box. We want to ensure that your order reaches you securely and without any issues. Therefore, we require a physical address for delivery purposes.
Shipment Updates And Notifications
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number for your order that can be followed for delivery progress, updates and delivery confirmation.
Last Minute Order Changes
Every effort will be made to accommodate for any order changes that are communicated within a reasonable period after order confirmation however, please remember that we begin to work on your order when it is received therefore, it may not be possible to affect any changes or modifications after an order is in-process.

We strive to create a positive experience through the quality and value of our product combined with a hassle-free shipping experience. All Canadian orders will be shipped through Canada Post standard ground service unless otherwise specified. Once an order has been shipped it generally takes between 5-10 business days within Canada. Orders to the U.S. are shipped via USPS and can take up to 15 business days to be delivered. International orders may take longer than 15 business days, depending on the destination. Although every effort is made from our side to ensure timely delivery, sometimes we are at the mercy of the weather, the shipping services, those frustrating things that are out of our hands and beyond our control and we cannot be responsible for any delay that is related to these circumstances.
